Bozeman, MT
Bozeman is the birthplace of collaborative divorce in Montana. In 2012, two Bozeman family law attorneys saw a need for a better way to help families through divorce and worked with the State Legislature to pass the Uniform Collaborative Law Act in 2015. Since that time, Bozeman has been the collaborative hub in Montana.
The Bozeman practice group prides itself on innovation, collaboration, and creative problem solving. Most collaborative clients have minor children and range from mid-income families to high net worth families, but we also work with virtually every type of family, from younger couples without children to older couples with adult children and grandchildren.
In families with children, we strive to develop sustainable parenting plans and to foster a good co-parenting relationship between you and your spouse so your children thrive in their new family structure. We often work with families with complex marital estates including family farms and ranches, inherited property, family-owned businesses, retirement accounts, pensions and real property. With our team of experienced professionals, we can guide you and your family through the complexities of divorce to an equitable resolution.
